Speaking and Events
Most speakers deliver a talk.
I read the room first.
I arrive, feel where your audience actually is, and speak to that. Which is why no two talks are quite the same, and why people tend to describe it as unnervingly personal. Available for conferences, leadership gatherings, retreats and private events across the UK and internationally.
Formats
Three ways I work a room.
Keynote
A main stage talk built around your theme. Story led, honest, and delivered without notes so I can follow the room rather than a script.
Workshop
Smaller groups, deeper work. Practical sessions on authenticity, communication and reading people. Suited to leadership teams and retreat groups.
Live Intuitive Work
Where the setting allows, I work live with volunteers from the audience. Memorable, occasionally startling, and always handled with care and consent.
The Talks
Four signature themes.
Each one is shaped to your audience and your event rather than delivered off the shelf.
Nobody to Impress But Yourself
On the exhaustion of performing, and what becomes possible when people stop. My central theme, and the one audiences tend to repeat back to me afterwards.
Your audience leaves with
- A clear sight of where they are performing rather than living
- Why external validation stops working past a certain point
- One honest question to take home
The Thing Beneath the Thing
Why the problem people present is almost never the actual problem, and how to find the real one faster. Particularly useful for managers, leaders, and anyone whose job involves difficult conversations.
Your audience leaves with
- How to hear what is not being said
- Why solving the stated problem often changes nothing
- A practical way into harder conversations
Reading the Room
Intuition treated as a practical leadership skill rather than a mystical one. Built for teams, boards, and anyone who leads people they need to genuinely understand.
Your audience leaves with
- What most leaders miss in a room and why
- How to notice a shift in mood before it becomes a problem
- Reading intent without becoming suspicious of everyone
Done Pretending
My own story, told honestly. Loss, dark stretches, healing, and the long route back to myself. The most personal of the four and the one best suited to retreats and closing sessions.
Your audience leaves with
- Permission to stop hiding the difficult parts
- A real account of recovery rather than a tidy one
- The reassurance that comes from hearing it said out loud
See Me Speak
Nobody books a speaker they have never seen.
Event organisers need to watch somebody before committing a stage to them. Fair enough.
Showreel going here shortly.
Working With Me
What organisers can count on.
Practical things that matter when you are the one responsible for the running order.
I keep to time
No notes does not mean no structure. I will land inside the slot you give me, and I will tell you in advance exactly what I need from the room and the tech.
I shape it to you
We will talk before the event about your theme, your audience, and what you want people carrying out of the room. The talk is built around that, not pulled off a shelf.
I handle the room with care
Live intuitive work only ever happens with consent, and never at anyone's expense. If a moment turns emotional, I have enough experience to hold it without derailing your event.
Enquire
Tell me about your event.
Send over the basics and I will come back personally with availability, fee, and a few thoughts on what would land best with your particular audience.
I will tell you honestly if I am not the right fit. A speaker who does not suit your theme helps nobody, least of all the people in the seats.
I travel across the UK and internationally. Fees vary by format, audience size and travel, and are confirmed before anything is agreed.
