The Work
Three strands, woven together.
Because that is how people actually are.
Nobody arrives with a single tidy problem. Something old is sitting in the way, you cannot say what you need to say, and you have stopped trusting your own judgement. Here is how I work on all three, with people anywhere in the world.
Intuitive Energy Healing
Let me be straight about this, because most people have a picture in their head and it is usually wrong. There is no incense. No chanting. No asking you to believe anything before we start.
We are all made of energy. I can read it, and I know how to work with it. I can feel what someone is carrying, roughly where it sits, and often how long it has been there. That has been true for as long as I can remember, long before I had any language for it.
What it means in practice is that you do not have to explain everything perfectly. I will usually sense the shape of it early and say so, rather than waiting politely for you to find the words. Most people describe that as a relief. A few find it disarming at first.
Old events leave something behind. A difficult childhood, a loss, a relationship that broke you, a period you have never properly spoken about. It sits in the body as much as the mind, and it carries on shaping decisions you think you are making freely. That is the part talking alone rarely reaches.
What people bring to this
- Old pain that is clearly still running the present
- Heaviness or tension with no obvious source
- Feeling drained by particular people or places
- Something stuck that years of talking has not shifted
- Grief that has not moved
- Anxiety that does not match anything happening now
- A sense of being disconnected from yourself
Confidence and Communication
This is the practical half, and it comes from somewhere very ordinary. Thirty years of management, ownership and leadership. Thousands of conversations with people under real pressure, in rooms where reading someone correctly was not a nice skill to have but the entire job.
I learned early that people almost never say what they mean. They say what is easiest, or what keeps everyone comfortable, or what they think they are supposed to say. The real thing is nearly always underneath.
So we work on both sides of it. Hearing what is actually being said to you, and finding the words for what you need to say back. Not scripts, not technique for its own sake. Just the ability to be honest out loud without it costing you everything.
For a lot of people this is where the visible change happens first. The difficult conversation finally gets had. The boundary gets held. The thing you have been swallowing for two years gets said, carefully, and the sky does not fall in.
What people bring to this
- Saying what you mean without apologising for it
- A difficult conversation you keep postponing
- Holding your ground with people who talk over you
- Freezing when it matters most
- Interviews, pitches, and being properly seen at work
- Setting a boundary with someone close to you
- Shrinking in rooms where you have every right to be
Self Belief and Direction
Here is what I will not do. I will not tell you how to live. I do not think anyone has that right, and I am suspicious of anyone who takes it.
What I will do is give you back your own judgement. Most people who feel lost are not short of options. They have stopped trusting their own read on things. Somewhere along the way they started outsourcing the decision, to a partner, a parent, a boss, or just to whatever seemed least likely to disappoint anyone.
So we work out what you actually want, which is often startlingly different from what you believe you should want. Then we build the confidence for you to act on it without needing permission from me or anyone else.
The aim is that you leave not needing me. That is the whole point of a guide rather than a coach. I am not here to be a permanent fixture in your life. I am here to get you back to trusting yourself.
What people bring to this
- Knowing what you want, not what you should want
- A decision you have been circling for months
- Purpose and direction, and what comes next
- Rebuilding belief in your own judgement
- Wrong career, wrong life, no idea where to start
- Making a change everyone around you will question
- Learning to stop asking permission
Honest From the Start
Not therapy.
And not the woo you are picturing.
I am not a therapist, and I will tell you plainly when therapy is what you actually need. I am also not the incense and crystals version of a healer, and I am not going to ask you to believe anything before we begin.
We are all made of energy. I happen to be able to read it and work with it, and I have spent a lifetime learning to do that carefully. If that sounds unlikely to you, that is fine. Judge it by whether the conversation gets you somewhere.
What this is
- Intuitive healing and honest guidance
- Getting to the real issue quickly
- Practical tools you keep afterwards
- A space with no agenda and no judgement
- Straight talking, held with care
This work is not medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment, it does not diagnose any condition, and it is not crisis support. If I think you would be better served by a therapist or a doctor, I will say so and help you find the right route. If you are in crisis or at risk right now, please contact your GP, call 999, or reach the Samaritans free on 116 123, at any hour.
Not sure which strand you need?
Most people are not.
That is what the first conversation is for. Twenty minutes, free, and no obligation to go any further.
